Go anywhere else for CPR & First Aid !!

I would NEVER recommend this place for First Aid & CPR courses. I dont know if the same Instructor is there now, but I did my course in Feb 2018 – & cant be sure of his name. He was a middle aged Aussie white male, a bully, a smart aleck & made threats. He repeatedly threatened that he wouldnt have a problem failing us, as his reputation is on the line !! I still get a knot in my stomach, thinking about how uncomfortable the day was.

RCG course

I had Elizabeth as my teacher for the RCG, she was rude to people who didn’t get the answers right and frankly quite slow. i think she said “that’s kinda what it’s all about” about 2-300 times during the duration so pretty much after every sentence she spoke which was very annoying. would not suggest cbd college if your teacher is elizabeth 3/10

Ten stars

Very satisfied with my class today.
Course was excellent alot of information to take in but the teacher I had was very professional and very relevant. I appreciate her time to really explain in detail of what we were learning. Also her cleanliness and hygiene with equipment and making sure everyone was taking proper measures to keeping covid safe.

Thank you again Di hedrix (DJ) for a great session learnt alot.

Highly recommend this coarse and teacher to all.

Unprofessional instructor

I took this course as part of my occupational requirements as a GP trainee. The course is directed at laymen, which is fine. The instructor would get very openly frustrated at anyone who didn’t understand instructions and may have slower in doing the group tasks allocated. I thought it was very unprofessional, especially in a city where not everyone has English as their first language.

Poor effort

Trainer doesn’t spend a lot of time on each subject. No emphasis on students with difficulty maybe different teacher would be better. Would not recommend to anyone go somewhere else very disappointed in teaching techniques.
